The other day I ran to the grocery store. Attached to the same parking lot as the grocery store is a gas station that also sells drinks and snacks. Imagine my surprise as I watched a guy come out of the gas station store, walk through the parking lot and climb on his horse. Then he and his friend rode off - towards a housing estate!

Last week I was back at Point Mugu on business. Once again I was at the water's edge, loving the ocean. The seals are just starting to come in and, while I didn't have a long lens with me I still took some photos of them.

While visiting my daughter I stumbled upon this abandoned building. They do a lot of farming, raising cattle. I think this is an abandoned grain place.
